Ø Soak methi seeds at night, next
morning strain out methi seeds and drink water.
Ø Add small plate of salad before
lunch. The fibre in salad helps in preventing hunger.
Ø Avoid drinking water in middle of
your meal.
Ø Drink at least 2 glass of luke warm
water every day, especially before sleeping.
Ø If you are having cotton cheese
(paneer) or any other milk product avoid talking milk that day.
Ø Papaya really helps in reducing
weight.
Ø Avoid orange and sweets at night.
Ø Take your dinner before 7pm and avoid
junk food at night.
If you don’t
want to lose weight keep these point in your mind and you will be able to
maintain your weight easily.
