This summer keep yourself fresh and alive. It’s very
important to care about personal hygiene.
Shower:
If you sweat a lot, take shower twice a day you will feel
fresh and energetic.
Add tulsi leaves or rose pettles in water this will help to
reduce odour.
Liquid:
Increase liquid intake. If you go out carry healthy drink
like glucose , nembu pani or juice. Drink at least 8 to 10 glass of water to
stay hydrated.
Cotton
clothes:
Wear cotton
and light color clothes as they reflect heat and will keep you cool, comfortable.
Aroma:
Use deodorant
before going out in sun. Bad odour can annoy people around. Carry deodorant in
your bag.
