SUMMER ESSENTAILS


This articles deals with what to do to stay cool in summers.

·        Mix a pinch of haldi with milk and cream, apply on your skin for 15 minutes. Rinse it well and feel the glow.

·        Ice your face to keep the pores in check. To keep sunburn away apply raw tomato.

·        Keep your body and skin hydrated for this increase fluid intake add nembu pani and nariyal pani in your routine.

Summers are in, it’s important to beat the heat. Body odour is common problem in summer to avoid body odour wear cotton clothes and a big no to synthetic and tight fitted clothes. Keep your under arm neat and clean. Take bath twice a day. Deodorants are ideal for hot and sweaty days: spray it on your clothes not on skin. Antibacterial soap and anti fungal powder helps in keeping your body sweat free.

TAKE CARE


Prevention is better than cure. Summers put you in torturous heat and sweating .Acne, black heads and blemishes are common problem in summers. This is due to several reasons: pollution, dust, sweating etc. Not taking care results in unhealthy n dull skin.

The hot summer can result in hair fall and dandruff. Don’t go out in the sun without cap, scarf or umbrella. Don’t use hot water to wash your hair. In summer your scalp is oilier than in winters, shampoo your scalp well in order to make your hair healthy. Massage your scalp with aloe vera, leave it for half an hour before washing your hair. Use shampoo that suits your hair type do not experiment shampoo in summers it may cause hair fall. Use conditioner after shampoo. Try to wash your hair alternate days. Get your hair trim in every 2 months this will reduce your splitants as well. Oil your hair once in a week.

Beat the Heat


This summer keep yourself fresh and alive. It’s very important to care about personal hygiene.

Shower:
If you sweat a lot, take shower twice a day you will feel fresh and energetic.
Add tulsi leaves or rose pettles in water this will help to reduce odour.

Liquid:
Increase liquid intake. If you go out carry healthy drink like glucose , nembu pani or juice. Drink at least 8 to 10 glass of water to stay hydrated.

Cotton clothes:
Wear cotton and light color clothes as they reflect heat and will keep you cool, comfortable.

Aroma:
Use deodorant before going out in sun. Bad odour can annoy people around. Carry deodorant in your bag.

Skin care is extremely important in every age and every time especially in summer when sun is exactly above you. You can’t go parlour daily for your skin rejuvenation the only thing that you can do frequently is self care.  Pollution, exposure to sun, junk food, improper diet, and irregular sleep can leave your skin dull, tan. Everyone wants to know how to get glowing charming skin. So here are some of the remedies which will really help to u to transform your dull skin to delightful smooth skin.

Lots and lots of color fruits and vegetables especially that one which is rich in Vitamin C and E as they are high in antioxidants. Antioxidants helps in keeping your skin ravishing and stunning. Wash your face 5 times with water. After coming from sun rub ice cube on face it helps in refreshing your skin. Drink at least 8 to 10 glass of water to stay hydrated. Use face wash that suits your skin type. Before going out in sun apply sunscreen with SPF 20. Do not forget to carry umbrella and goggles. You should scrub once in a week it will help in keeping your skin clean. Lastly do not forget to wash and apply moisturizer on face before going to bed.

Some healthy tips


Ø Soak methi seeds at night, next morning strain out methi seeds and drink water.
Ø Add small plate of salad before lunch. The fibre in salad helps in preventing hunger.
Ø Avoid drinking water in middle of your meal.
Ø Drink at least 2 glass of luke warm water every day, especially before sleeping.
Ø If you are having cotton cheese (paneer) or any other milk product avoid talking milk that day.
Ø Papaya really helps in reducing weight.
Ø Avoid orange and sweets at night.
Ø Take your dinner before 7pm and avoid junk food at night.

If you don’t want to lose weight keep these point in your mind and you will be able to maintain  your weight easily.

Eat Correct


Losing weight sensibly and unharmed requires lot of patience that includes weight lose goals, changing eating habits, and adequate exercise. You can’t reduce weight overnight. Diet pills or other products may help but in short term they are not a replacement for adopting healthy eating habits over the long term, pills harm our nervous system. The moment you stop using pills you will gain weight.

Always have knowledge about what you are going to have in your dinner. If you get into this habit, there will be no need to measure potions, count calories or forgo your favourite food.


Eat variety of nutrient rich food. How much you should eat depends on your calorie needs. Your intake should be lesser than your output.

Replace morning milk tea with green tea. It is pure herbal and will make your skin healthy and glowing.

Do not skip breakfast
Skipping breakfast is a big mistake; people have perception- by not eating anything they will lose weight. Skipping meals often leads to overeating later in the day.
