it cuts ASTHMA RISK. Exercise not only safe us from asthmatics but also reduces
the risk of asthma attacks. Everyday 20 minutes exercise can help u to
eradicate Asthma. This exercise can include brisk walk, swimming, treadmill or
exercise.

you have fatigue problem add yoga to your work out session. Yoga work on small
muscles giving your body a toned look.

Dieting
is not the appropriate way to reduce weight, we diet only for few months and
stick to strict healthy eating regime but this is not a good idea to reduce. The
problem is that these diets are not sustainable which may lead to health
problems.
